There are so many barriers that society uses to divide us (culture, religion, age, and race, to name a few). I am lifelong student of differences. I look at how we tend to get categorized, the inherent bias that creates, and use that knowledge to tear down assumptions in order to create respectful spaces to come together as our full selves to collaborate and grow.
True change is on-going and happens over time with sustained effort.
Areas of focus include:

Creating restorative spaces
Conducting company culture audits to identify areas of stress and develop areas of improvement

Worked with regional fire department to improve communication under stressful situations
Facilitated an intervention with an Executive Director caught in a toxic relationship with their executive assistant.
Introduced “Brave Spaces” to advance Equity Diversity and Inclusivity values into the company culture of a youth focused non-profit
